Configuration changes via missing caller check

Improper access control in PersonaManagerService on Samsung Mobile Devices running Android 11 through 13 allows local users to change configuration. The service accepts a configuration-changing request without a proper caller check, and Samsung's patch adds that missing validation. No privileges or user interaction are required, but the attacker must execute code locally on the device; the affected configuration setting is undisclosed.
