Remote server crash via failed timestamp request

Denial of service in TiKV 6.1.2 allows remote attackers to crash a server while it requests a timestamp from the Placement Driver. TiKvServer::init calls Result::expect on the timestamp request; a dropped PD timestamp channel returns an error that triggers a fatal panic. The failure was reproduced during a Jepsen test using kill, pause, and membership faults, and the observed consequence is process termination.
