Published Jun 30, 2023 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Authorization bypass in SP Project & Document Manager 4.67 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to change arbitrary user passwords. The referenced AJAX handler trusts a user-controlled object identifier when updating account credentials without verifying authority over the targeted user. Subscriber-level access is sufficient to reset an administrator password and take over that account.
