Stored XSS in devices.js in Jellyfin Web 10.1.0 through 10.8.9 allows remote authenticated users to issue administrator REST requests. The devices dashboard concatenates attacker-controlled DeviceId values into data-id and href HTML attributes without escaping, so an injected event handler runs when an administrator hovers over the device card. A low-privileged account can plant the identifier, but administrator interaction is required; code execution additionally requires chaining the separate arbitrary-file-write flaw.
