Authenticated command execution via unsanitized SQL inputs

SQL injection in RudderStack Server before 1.3.0-rc.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands through crafted source IDs. The v1/warehouse/pending-events handler interpolates source_id into SQL, while the failed-events manager builds table names from taskRunID without safe quoting. Successful exploitation reaches PostgreSQL, and command execution depends on the default rudder database role retaining superuser privileges.
