Unauthenticated file overwrite via unchecked tar paths

Path traversal in MindsDB before 23.2.1.0 allows remote attackers to overwrite server-accessible files via a crafted remote tarball. The HTTP file-upload PUT handler downloads a supplied .tar.gz archive and passes its members to tarfile.extractall() without checking that resolved paths remain under the temporary directory. No authentication or user interaction is required; traversal entries can replace any file writable by the MindsDB server process, but the flaw does not expose file contents.
