Reflected XSS via unsanitized back parameter

Reflected XSS in pay-rails Pay before 6.3.2 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript in a targeted user's browser via a crafted URL. PaymentsController assigns the user-controlled back parameter to @redirect_to, and show.html.erb passes it to link_to without restricting the javascript scheme. Exploitation requires a valid Stripe Payment Intent ID and a user who opens the crafted payment page and clicks its Go back link.
