VMM crash via request-supplied file descriptors

Denial of service in Cloud Hypervisor 30.0 and 31.0 allows local users to crash the VMM through a malicious request to its HTTP API socket. HTTP request parsing accepted numeric TAP file descriptors supplied in the request body, and VM configuration cleanup closed those process-wide descriptors rather than preserving only descriptors received through SCM_RIGHTS. Write access to the API socket is required; closing an arbitrary live descriptor interrupts the VMM and hosted workloads, while use-after-free remains a potential rather than demonstrated consequence.
