Database disclosure via unsanitized SQL concatenation
Published Apr 18, 2023 · Updated Feb 5, 2025
SQL injection in hhyo Archery 1.9.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read data from connected databases. The param_edit endpoint passes variable_name and variable_value into MySQL and goInception methods that concatenate them into executable SQL without sanitization. Low-privileged access and knowledge of a configured instance name are required; successful exploitation exposes information from databases queried through that endpoint.
