Permission bypass via inspector-modified internal Worker state

Improper access control in Node.js 20.0.0 through 20.3.0 allows remote attackers to bypass experimental permission restrictions. An attached inspector can alter the Worker constructor's internal-state value before WorkerImpl initialization, causing an attacker-created Worker to be treated as internal. Exploitation requires an application using the experimental permission model and permits operations that its configured restrictions were intended to block.
