Restricted-file disclosure via unchecked fs.openAsBlob call

Permission bypass in Node.js 20.0.0 through 20.3.0 allows attackers to read restricted local files through fs.openAsBlob(). The fs.openAsBlob API passes a caller-supplied path to file-backed Blob creation without applying the permission model's filesystem-read check. Exploitation requires the experimental permission model with a restrictive --allow-fs-read setting and attacker-influenced JavaScript execution; disclosure is limited to files readable by the Node.js process.
