Database disclosure via unsanitized db_name queries

SQL injection in Archery 1.9.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read connected database data through the explain endpoint. The explain method in sql_optimize.py passes the unsanitized db_name parameter into queries executed by the MSSQL and Oracle engine methods. A low-privileged account and knowledge of an Archery instance name are required, and the bounded consequence is disclosure from connected databases.
