Unauthenticated file read via path traversal

Path traversal in Gatsby gatsby-plugin-sharp before 4.25.1 and 5.0.0 through 5.8.0 allows remote attackers to read server files. The onCreateDevServer handler decodes a request path, resolves it beneath ./public, and sends any existing result without ensuring that it remains in the project directory. Remote access requires an active gatsby develop server intentionally bound beyond its default localhost interface; successful requests read files accessible to that process.
