Missing authorization in Jenkins TurboScript Plugin 1.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to trigger repository-linked builds. The /turbo-webhook/ endpoint accepts HTTP POST webhook data and starts matching jobs without an adequate permission check. Item/Read access and a job configured for the specified repository are required; successful requests alter CI execution by starting a build.
