Database reindexing via non-POST rebuild request

Cross-site request forgery in Jenkins Lucene-Search Plugin 387.v938a_ecb_f7fe9 and earlier allows remote attackers to reindex its database. The plugin's database-rebuild HTTP handler accepts state-changing GET requests instead of requiring POST, so a browser request starts reindexing. Exploitation requires a Jenkins user's browser to issue the crafted request; the bounded consequence is rebuilding the search index.
