OAuth client-secret disclosure via cleartext configuration storage

Cleartext credential storage in WSO2 Oauth Plugin 1.0 and earlier allows local users to read the configured OAuth client secret. The plugin writes the secret without encryption into the Jenkins controller's global config.xml as part of its configuration. Exploitation requires access to the controller filesystem and discloses that OAuth credential without altering data or interrupting service.
