Missing authorization in Jenkins Assembla merge request builder Plugin 1.1.13 and earlier allows remote attackers to trigger builds. The /assembla-webhook/ endpoint accepts unauthenticated requests and selects jobs configured for an attacker-specified repository. Exploitation requires a reachable Jenkins controller with the plugin enabled and a matching job, and the bounded consequence is an unauthorized build execution.
