Unauthorized role changes via unchecked account parameters
Published Jun 13, 2023 · Updated May 22, 2026
Authorization bypass in TMT Lockcell before 15 allows remote attackers to change user roles through crafted account-setting parameters. The /Ayarlar/K_Hesap handler accepts user-controlled KullaniciRolID, UnvanID, and KullaniciID values and applies role changes without enforcing object-level authorization. The CNA rates the issue as unauthenticated and network-reachable; successful abuse can change an existing role or another user's role.
