Resource exhaustion in IBM Db2 10.5, 11.1, and 11.5 allows remote authenticated users to interrupt the database service with a crafted query. IBM identifies the weakness as unbounded resource allocation during query processing but does not disclose the affected Db2 function or query form. Database credentials and network access are required; successful exploitation exhausts resources and interrupts availability without reported data disclosure or modification.
