Arbitrary script execution via stored SSID value
Published Apr 28, 2023 · Updated Jan 30, 2025
Stored cross-site scripting in Aigital Wireless-N Repeater Mini_Router 0.131229 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts via wl_ssid. The /boafrm/formHomeWlanSetup handler stores the wl_ssid value without neutralizing HTML or script content, which executes when the SSID is rendered in the web interface. Low-privileged access and subsequent user interaction are required, and exploitation exposes or modifies data in the viewing user's browser context.
