Browser code execution via unencoded username

Cross-site scripting in ChatEngine 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute browser code by supplying a crafted chat username. The chatbox.jsp template places the username value directly inside an h1 element without output encoding or sanitization. Exploitation requires a user to render the chat box; the injected script then runs in that browser context and can read or modify data accessible to the page.
