TCP interruption via unchecked NAT state
Published May 28, 2024 · Updated Feb 13, 2025
TCP session hijacking in 360 V6G, T5G, T6M, and P1 routers allows attackers on the same Wi-Fi network to interrupt TCP connections. Their NAT implementations preserve source ports, accept spoofed packets without strict reverse-path validation, and omit TCP window tracking, allowing forged packets to evict and replace a victim's mapping. The attacker must join the victim's network and identify an active client-to-server TCP flow; successful exploitation can forcibly close that connection.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.

Published CVSS scores
CVSS describes severity. EPSS estimates exploitation probability.

What attackers are doing with it
Daily unique IPs observed by Shadowserver honeypots for known exploited vulnerabilities (KEVs). Missing observations do not establish an absence of attacks.
