Process-memory disclosure via mismatched DBF header lengths

Out-of-bounds read in LibreCAD 2.2.0's importshp plugin allows local users to disclose process memory via a crafted DBF file. dbfopen.c allocates pszCurrentRecord from the header's record length, then strncpy reads from unchecked field offsets and lengths beyond that buffer. Exploitation requires a user to select the malicious shapefile through the import plugin; the read exposes adjacent heap data, while a crash depends on heap state.
