Out-of-bounds write in Silicon Labs Gecko SDK before 6.0.0 allows attackers to interrupt Bluetooth LE service over an adjacent connection. The Bluetooth LE stack segments a crafted prepare write response without preserving buffer bounds, causing an out-of-bounds memory write. Exploitation requires radio proximity, no authentication or user action, and the ability to force response segmentation; resulting memory corruption can interrupt device service.
