Application hang via forged ELF entry count

Excessive iteration in Rizin before 0.5.0 allows attackers to hang the application by supplying a crafted ELF file for analysis. In get_gnu_verneed, the ELF parser trusts DT_VERNEEDNUM instead of stopping when vn_next is zero, so a forged count repeatedly processes the last table entry. A user must load the file locally; the parser then stalls binary analysis without affecting execution of the file itself.
