Password-hash disclosure via reusable default private key

Information disclosure in 4D SAS 4D Server 19 R7 and earlier allows attackers to retrieve all users' password hashes by eavesdropping. The server sends every user's password hash to the client, and the shipped default private key allows an on-path relay to decrypt that traffic. Exploitation requires network interception and possession of the server private key; the demonstrated result is disclosure of password hashes, not plaintext passwords.
