Victim-browser script execution via unencoded out parameter
Published Apr 26, 2023 · Updated Feb 3, 2025
Reflected XSS in OURPHP 7.2.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute script in a victim's browser via a crafted request. The /client/manage/ourphp_out.php logout path places the user-controlled out query parameter into a script response without output encoding. No authentication is required, but a victim must follow the crafted URL; successful execution can read session data or alter content in the OURPHP origin.
