Application crash via unchecked zero frame size

Divide by zero in Kodi 19.5 and earlier allows attackers to crash the application via a crafted MP3 file. VideoPlayerCodec::Init continues into audio sample conversion when MP3 parsing leaves m_frameSize at zero, so later conversion divides by that unchecked value. Exploitation requires a user to play the malformed file, and the demonstrated consequence is termination of the Kodi process rather than a system shutdown.
