Unauthenticated SQL injection via unescaped design identifier

SQL injection in Prestaeg CDesigner 3.2.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to read, alter, or delete shop data via an HTTP request. CdesignerTraitementModuleFrontController::initContent() reads the id_design POST parameter without pSQL escaping and interpolates it into a DELETE query. Guest access is sufficient; exploitation can grant administrator access, expose or remove data, hijack email settings, and deploy webskimmers.
