Local privilege escalation via static AES key

Weak cryptography in IXP Data EasyInstall 6.6.14907.0 allows local users to obtain administrator privileges from protected credentials. EasyInstall derives its AES-256-CBC key by hashing a static executable string with SHA-256 and uses a zero IV to protect network, configuration, and report data. A low-privileged local user who captures or reads an encrypted administrator password can decrypt it and open a full Administrator session.
