Unauthenticated code execution via unrestricted PHP upload
Published May 5, 2023 · Updated Jan 29, 2025
Unrestricted file upload in Online Food Ordering System 2.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through the save_menu endpoint. The action accepts a PHP file in the img multipart field, writes it under /fos/assets/img, and leaves it web-accessible for server-side execution. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the resulting code runs with the web server process's privileges.
