Unauthenticated service interruption via oversized password submission

Improper input validation in osTicket 1.17.2 allows remote attackers to interrupt service by submitting an oversized signup password. The signup request accepts a password exceeding 10,000,000 characters without an effective length limit, causing password processing to consume available CPU and memory. Access to public account registration is sufficient, and sustained submissions can leave the website unresponsive to legitimate users.
