Authenticated cross-account support-call access via unchecked identifier
Published May 12, 2026 · Updated May 12, 2026
Authorization bypass in MK-Auth 23.01K4.9 allows remote authenticated users to read and send other users' support calls via GET requests. The Central/Suporte/Chamados Técnicos page accepts the user-controlled chamado value as a support-call identifier without verifying record ownership. Any authenticated account can fuzz the predictable identifier and gain read and write access to another user's support workflow.
