Internal resource access via unchecked source addresses

SSRF in imgproxy before 3.15.0 allows remote attackers to retrieve data from network addresses reachable by the image server. Before the fix, the source-image download transport accepted an imageURL and connected without rejecting loopback or link-local destination addresses. An unauthenticated processing request can therefore use the server's network position to read responses from otherwise unreachable services; integrity and availability impacts are not reported.
