Stored script execution via unsanitized FAQ answers

Stored cross-site scripting in phpMyFAQ before 3.1.14 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in visitors' browsers. The FAQ rendering path passes a stored answer directly to the template; the fix sanitizes it in FaqHelper::cleanUpContent before output. Administrator access is required to store the crafted FAQ answer, and viewing that answer triggers script execution in the visitor's phpMyFAQ origin.
