Account takeover via unverified password change

Improper authentication in pfSense CE 2.6.0 allows remote authenticated users to change any local user's password through the web interface. The system_usermanager.php user-editing workflow accepts an administrator-submitted replacement password without requesting the target user's current password or a second factor. Access to an administrator session is required, and a successful change grants control of the targeted account and its assigned privileges.
