Local mlir-opt crash via SPIR-V conversion

An out-of-bounds read in LLVM Project MLIR commit a0138390 allows local users to crash mlir-opt via crafted SPIR-V input. The published reproducer causes the convert-spirv-to-llvm pass to build an LLVM structure from runtime arrays of differing widths; LLVMStructType::verify then reaches Type::isa and segfaults. Exploitation requires a user to run mlir-opt on attacker-controlled MLIR, and the documented consequence is process termination rather than data access or code execution.
