Dangling-pointer access via duplicate error-path decrement

A disputed use-after-free report in SciPy before 1.8.0 concerns Py_FindObjects and has no demonstrated security impact. On an allocation-error path in scipy/ndimage/src/nd_image.c, Py_FindObjects decrements the result list during cleanup and then decrements the same dangling pointer again when an exception is present. The report arose from static analysis without a proof of concept or observed error, and the upstream advisory was withdrawn after the report was found not to be a security issue.
