Published Jun 29, 2023 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Authentication bypass in miniOrange Social Login and Register 7.6.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to access any user account. The root POST handler treats attacker-generated email and appName values as a completed social-login result and issues WordPress authentication cookies for the matching email. No credentials or user interaction are required; knowledge of a target email address is sufficient, including an administrator address.
