Unauthenticated command execution via syslog parameters

Command injection in TOTOLINK X18 firmware 9.1.0cu.2024_B20220329 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands over the network. The setSyslogCfg function incorporates the rtLogEnabled and rtLogServer parameters into a command context without neutralizing command syntax. Unauthenticated network access is sufficient, and injected commands can read or alter data and interrupt device operation.
