Denial of service in BestWeather 7.3.1 for Android allows attackers to cause persistent service interruption via database tampering. The com.icoolme.android.weather.provider content provider accepts cross-app updates to the MYCITY record without validating the caller, including an attacker-controlled city_id. A separate malicious Android app must run on the same device; modifying city_id leaves the alarm feature persistently unavailable.
