Privilege escalation in Call Blocker 6.6.3 for Android allows attackers to alter blacklist entries through an exposed content provider. The com.cuiet.blockCalls.ContProvBlockCalls provider accepts ContentResolver update operations with attacker-chosen photo_uri and numeroContatto values for the tbBlackList table. A malicious Android application on the same device can invoke this provider without Call Blocker authentication and change which phone numbers the app blocks.
