Persistent denial of service via unbounded provider inserts

Data injection in BT21 x BTS Wallpaper 12 for Android allows local users to cause a persistent application crash via provider inserts. The wall content-provider URI accepts repeated untrusted nama values as image URLs and stores them in the preferences database without a limiting control. A malicious local application must insert enough rows and the user must open the wallpaper app, which loads the database into memory until an OOM crash occurs.
