Authenticated code execution via executable file upload

Unrestricted file upload in Employee Performance Evaluation System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary server code. The authenticated file-submission path accepts PHP content and places it under the application web root, where the web server interprets the uploaded file as code. Any ordinary logged-in user who can submit a file can run commands with the web-service account's access to application data and host resources.
