Code execution via overlapping memcpy in FrenchStemmer

Buffer overflow in ByronKnoll Cmix 19 allows attackers to execute arbitrary code or crash the program through a crafted input file. FrenchStemmer::ConvertUTF8 in paq8.cpp passes overlapping regions within a Word buffer to memcpy while processing the file. Exploitation requires a user to process the crafted file with the -n option; the public report demonstrates an AddressSanitizer termination, while code execution is asserted only by the CVE record.
