Application denial of service via malformed GVariant offsets

Uncontrolled resource consumption in GLib before 2.74.4 allows local users to interrupt applications with malformed GVariant data. The is_normal() path fails to validate an offset-table entry size against the serialized GVariant layout before processing it, enabling excessive CPU or memory consumption. Remote reachability requires a consuming application configured to accept GVariant data over a network, which is not the default.
