Victim-context script execution via unescaped providerID

Reflected XSS in OpenEMR before 7.0.1 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript in another user's browser through a crafted URL. The eye_base.php endpoint emits the providerID query parameter unquoted into a JavaScript object after applying the wrong context-specific escaping helper. No authentication is required to form the request, but exploitation requires a user to open the crafted link; execution remains within that user's browser context.
