System-file disclosure via Reports XML parsing

XXE in ManageEngine Reports integration allows remote authenticated users with the SDAdmin role to read system files. The integration parses a malformed XML response returned by an administrator-configured malicious server and resolves external entities against local system files. Exploitation requires SDAdmin access and affects ServiceDesk Plus 14104 and earlier, ServiceDesk Plus MSP and SupportCenter Plus 14001 and earlier, and AssetExplorer 6980 through 6988.
