Stored cross-site scripting in OpenEMR before 7.0.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute script through a crafted portal chat message. The portal secure-chat renderMessageBody function returns attacker-controlled message HTML directly to AngularJS without attribute escaping. Exploitation requires an authenticated portal user to send the message and another user to render it, enabling script execution in that viewer's browser.
