Process crash via oversized xwrite output length

Out-of-bounds read in bzip3 before 1.2.3 allows remote attackers to crash a consuming process via a crafted bzip3 archive. During decompression, process trusts an archive-supplied original block size and passes it to xwrite, whose fwrite reads beyond the allocated output buffer when that size exceeds the configured block size. A user or application must decompress the attacker-controlled archive; the demonstrated consequence is a process crash, with no reported data disclosure.
